The Ultimate Oxymoron

The following is Webster’s definition of an oxymoron “ a combination of contradictory words (as cruel kindness)”.

  Lately folks in the media have been referring to the United States as a Judeo-Christian country. This is revisionist history. All one has to do is read The Bible, a King James, NIV or Zondervan version to realize that is a blatantly false statement. I do not understand why the media is putting forth this type of propaganda but unless the Jewish community has converted to Christianity, this could be looked upon as being similar to the philosophy of Hitler’s propaganda minister Herr Goebbels: “If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it.”…
  Its unfortunate but there have been so many lies going on for so long that it has become difficult to separate fact from fiction.
  This is not to say that all Jewish people have rejected Jesus Christ as the messiah, but the majority of the Jewish population do not accept Jesus Christ as the Son of God and are still waiting for their savior or messiah.
  Here is a question I would love to have some of the esoteric individuals in our society answer:   If most of the Jewish and Islamic people have rejected Jesus Christ as the Son of God, the Lord and Savoir of this world; and are in fact still waiting for their Messiah, what will their Messiah be to a person who believes that Jesus Christ is the Messiah.
  There can not be two Messiahs, one has to be false.
  Because so many guys are to busy being entertained by the gladiator sports of our times (baseball, football, basketball) and so many gals are busy keeping up on People, Cosmopolitan, “O” and the like while the kids are busy playing with their X-box or Nintendo or Game-Cube or watching MTV we just don’t seem to have the time to go to Church or study history and have some serious discussions about religion and politics.
  We as a society have become like the old lady in the book Pilgrims Progress busy, busy, busy.
  Unfortunately when the odiferous excesses from the alimentary canal hits the electric rotating current stimulation device (when the crap hits the fan) people will be sitting around wondering what happened.
  This is not a Judeo-Christian society; Most of the Jews and most of the Muslim society do not accept Jesus Christ as the Son of God: and Christians need to wake up and smell the coffee.
